Today was a great day. Not only was it sunny and blue sky (I cant explain how nice it is to say goodbye to recent weather) but also I met up with old friends and had a great time with new ones. The photos above are from a studio project I helped my friend Tom shoot. We wanted to do portraiture on the subject of reaction to different unpleasant foods such as extremely hot chillies or super sour sweets. The shots above include my friend Sean moments before he gobbled six super sour sweets and made some expected facial expressions following. The middle shot is of my hand. It was refreshing somehow to have a hand close up in the middle of 184 facial portraits. The bottom image is my friend Tom who was holding his breath for as long as he can and signaling wildly with his hand for me to take a picture as he was about to burst. To top all that off it was my last day of college today and Easter holiday has officially begun.
