After work today there was no time for a break. The bikes were rolled out and another ride commenced. In the buildup to my Paris ride, I am sticking with the geared Geoffrey Butler and trying as much as possible to go on longer rides. Andy and I ended up going all the way to Henfield and back, a route that gave me a puncture half way through last time I attempted it.
