Today the family and I explored the delights of Tunbridge Wells. Its a very pleasant and interesting place. I yet again failed to go to Evans to check out the 'Six Carbon'. In the evening I popped out for a ride as for once IT WAS SUNNY. I also watched the 'Informant' with Matt Damon, which was very entertaining.

Sauna

Today Bill & I worked for my neighbor removing wallpaper from their hallway. It was steamy and unpleasant but paid well. I will either put the money towards my new bike or on a fishtank! In the evening we went over to Nicks house for a mega BBQ / swim / sauna which was amazing. I also finished off my repainted front wheel with an inner tube and gumwall tire. It cost me £7 but looks awesome.

Saturday Freedom

Freedom! Today the crew and I woke up at 9 and headed off for a spot of bike polo. We then stopped at Halfords for some grease and an inner tube. In the evening I was off to the pub to meet with some people and then back home to spend the end of the night with the family, perfect!

Friday 13th

Today was in two parts. A nice relaxing day working on the bikes and contending with threats of rain. I was supposed to go into Brighton but never got round to it. Later in the evening I had some mates round to celebrate my first day of freedom from Saturday work. A long night ensued!

Mars Red

Here is Robs finished bike! I helped him paint and put it together. After a day of hard work in drizzle and rain, the sun came out for about 5 seconds so I snapped this sweet shot of the burning 'mars red' paint job!

BBQ At Bills

Off to Bills tonight for a BBQ. Even with drizzle and rain, Andy and I managed to cycle there and back. In the darkness its not as dangerous as you'd think because the traffic levels are minimal. Earlier today I finished a job for a neighbor painting their kitchen. It was tiring but paid well. More bikes and bits here I come!

Priory

For the second day of our stay in Dorset, we visited Christchurch Priory and village market. I noticed this amazing light being caste by one of the stained glass windows. It was a great trip. I even got home in time to work some more on Mum and Anna's frame.

Gone West

Anna and I popped down to Dorset for a short visit to Pamies. We visted the sea at Muddeford, catching the ferry across and eating ice creams on the beach. On the walk back to the car, where there are usually hundreds of Lobster pots, there was an array of highly modified muscle cars and choppers. Heaven. Also, there was this incredible charge bike about to board the ferry when we got off. In the evening we saw our Aunt and Uncle which was very nice! Pamie even cooked my favorite, 'Coronation Chicken'.

Fitting End

If its raining, might as well be working. Today was my last day however. Woooo! I like these sort of photos because it looks like a mountain range partly hidden by cloud but actually its the English Summer.

Moshi

I popped over to Moshi Moshi sushi restaurant in Brighton this evening for a bite to eat with some guys and gals from work. Its a really cool and the food is great, when it arrives. Half of our party never even got their meals and we waited well over two hours. If there was some sort of mistake or issue followed up by an apology then fine, but that never came. So unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Moshi Moshi to anyone. Here is me and Geoff sitting lonsomely in Brighton station waiting half an hour for a train home. Go public transport, not.

Brighton & Ride

Sunday! Back from France and over with work for another week. I spotted this boardgame in town on the way to 'Jamies Italian' (A little celebration for my results this summer). How very 21st Century?! The food was delicious and I had a sweet ride in the evening.
