London Night

Today was such an incredible day. After an interesting contextual studies lecture about 'Art Neuveau' I dashed off into London, again. This time it was to cycle from Waterloo to Warren Street to meet Dad for the 'House of Illustration' show/gathering at the 'Moët et Chandon' champagne bar at St.Pancras INternational station. The sight of the roof alone in there makes ones jaw drop. The ride up was hairy to say the least but a real buzz! It had been raining earlier in the day but turned into beautiful sunshine especially for me. I also collected a pair of Mudguards for any future downpours. The show itself was very intriguing. Lots of industry professionals were present including none other than Quentin Blake who Dad and I had a casual chat with. To top off the evening, Dad treated me to a Carluccios dinner. All in all an unforgettable day!
