I did my third ergo today at rowing. Each time I forget just how much it physically destroys me. Twenty minutes of non stop rowing machine seeing how far and fast you can go.
November has arrived. What better way to celebrate than buying a new frame! I trekked all the way to Bethnal Green for this Beautiful old Holdsworth. It cost be 10 pounds plus 5 pounds train fare. Bargain. Now I can build it up and my Geoffrey Butler can come home.
