White Beast

This mad thing grew in our garden this year. I skipped out after a rain shower to record it.

Pink Glow

I love this Jersey. It makes the Itoh's Cinelli 1A glow like mad.

Brighton Day

Today was a great day spent in Brighton through rain and shine with Andy. Antics included mini golf, laps of Preston Park track, far too much fast food and the purchase of a number of loud retro cycling jerseys. Not forgetting also a night of more fast food and xbox. Perfect!

Wet Rides

Today was wet and wet and more wet but we still went out on the bikes. I cycled home from a late night xbox session in horrendous conditions but it made for a cool photo!

London to Brighton

Today was my first BHF London to Brighton bike ride. It was amazing even with all its flaws. Next year to possibly attempt it on a tandem and get my Dad, Uncle and Cousins to join in! The best moment was making it to the top of the Beacon without stopping and feeling relaxed and calm compared to the people around.

Snug

We got a new tv for the snug today and wastefully got rid of the old one. This commentary about the bad weather is getting dull now..

East

A failure of a London to Brighton ride ended with a tangential exploration of East London, including Armortex and Mile End.

New Road

I cycled to Leeroys today, narrowly dodging rain. From Barcombe to Piltdown the road was being resurfaced so my grand plan of avoiding the A272 was foiled when I had to walk to bike for about a kilometre. Still it was a nice ride and Maresfield Tip has its usual selection of goodies awaiting.

Clayhill to Beach

I drove back from Clayhill this morning having packed up most of my room. Then I jumped onto the Gazelle and cycled to Brighton to meet some Uni friends for a curry and cider on the beach. It was super windy but the sun was in competition which made for the most amazing gleaming choppy sea ive ever seen.
