Efficiency
Back home briefly in Clayton to sort out mums new Laptop and go out for Nick H's 20th. It was very nice to be back, see the family, have 'brief' play on the PS3, stroke my bikes, explore Brighton with Mum, have a curry, see friends, see Brighton at night and finally sleep in my bed.

Batbars
I picked up these ultralight TT bars the other day for the bargain price of £15. I rode with them on the Geoffrey Butler for the first time today. Uncomfortable but FAST.

Home From Home
Stu came up for the day for a solid 8 hour central London ride! Rob met us later on and we cycled into the night.

Light
I caught the sun at it today before diving into the the white pool of healing room energy. I also saw Tron, having first heard of it while studying the original for a project back in city college. Its rather good, especially when you are in a theater with less than ten other people and no one ahead of you. Great film!
